THE GINGERBREAD TEAM

The team at Gingerbread House vary in age range and experience. They are dedicated and highly motivated; all staff are carefully selected for their professional abilities as well as their caring and friendly approach to parents and children. Over 75% of the Staff hold either an NNEB, B-TEC National Diploma or the NVQ Level 3 Qualification. We also employ more mature persons who are mothers and grandmothers themselves. This staffs are working towards gaining a recognised full qualification. Ongoing professional development programme ensures that the staff members are kept abreast of all new developments and methods of childcare and teaching.
